Today I woke up to use the bathroom my morning rest room break and the house phone rang and only rang twice and my cellphone also had the same number as a missed call and i tried to call it back but it was a answering msg asking me to type in the number i was trying to call? R.I.P Brittany Murphy

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Brittany Murphy died on Sunday morning, a spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office has confirmed to Access Hollywood. She was 32.

According to the Coroner's Office, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Hollywood reported to them that an individual named Brittany Murphy died in the hospital on Sunday.

A Cedars-Sinai spokesperson also confirmed to Access that the star was pronounced dead at their facility at 10:04 AM.

A Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman told Access that they responded to a 911 call made from the 1800 block of N. Rising Glen Road -- the same street where the actress lives -- at 8 AM on Sunday.

A rep for the actress also confirmed the news, telling Access Hollywood, "In this time of sadness, the family thanks you for your love and support. It is their wish that you respect their privacy."

The LAPD confirmed to Access later on Sunday that they have opened an investigation into the star's death.

Just weeks ago, a smiling Brittany spoke with Access at the Tt Collection Pop-Up Party in LA on December 3, where she discussed her hopes for the coming year.

"As far as having a New Year's resolution, I'd love to have a child next year," she said at the time. "But that's kind of a large one!"

The actress also spoke of her love for her family, whom she said she was very close to.

"I've been very blessed to have a really great loving husband," she said. "I spend more time with my family than anyone else in the world"

Brittany rose to fame after a memorable role in 1995's "Clueless." She went on to star in such films as "8 Mile," "Just Married," "Girl, Interrupted," "Sin City" and "Riding In Cars With Boys," among others.

She also made a splash in the music world with the track "Faster Kill Pussycat," with Paul Oakenfold in 2006 - the track topped the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play Chart that year. She also sang a pair of songs for the animated film "Happy Feet," in which she was also a voice actress.

Brittany was married to screenwriter Simon Monjack, whom she wed in May 2007.

Men are being raped in Bermuda and an upsurge in reported cases of male sexual abuse has been branded "one of Bermuda's best kept secrets."

The Physical Abuse Centre has spoken out about sex attacks on men after receiving a surge of cries for help - five calls in the last three weeks. This is said to be "a first for Bermuda".

Two calls were from "average men in their early 20s" seeking help as the victims of rape.

The men, who are both heterosexual, said men they knew carried out the attacks. One of the victims said he had been gang raped and believes a date rape drug had been used.

Three other distress calls were from people looking for help for men who had been sexually abused.

None of the calls or attacks are thought to be linked. Police are believed to be investigating the rapes, but they would not talk about individual cases.

Staff at the Physical Abuse Centre believe the recently reported cases are "just the tip of the iceberg" as other men suffer in silence.

They are calling for a specialist service for male sex victims, as there is currently nowhere for them to turn to.

The charity is helping with counselling but victims are said to be "going round in circles" trying to find the right people to help them.

Laurie Shiell, director of the Physical Abuse Centre, said: "We are getting calls from male individuals who have been sexually abused.

"Sexual abuse of men is on the rise in Bermuda.

"We are talking about male rape here.

"This is a first. We don't usually get any calls, then we get five calls this month already."

However, Ms Shiell ?admitted there was still a huge stigma attached to male sexual abuse, with many men keeping things to themselves. It's very ?difficult to get men to speak up, they don't feel comfortable. [They] have a real hard time speaking to someone about what has happened."

Ms Shiell reckons most male abuse is unreported.

Typically, when abused women talk to counsellors, they say their partners have abused them because they were previously abused themselves.

Ms Shiell said: "Male ?sexual abuse is one of those secrets, one of Bermuda's best kept secrets. It's out there but no one wants to admit it or talk about it.

"We often see a chain of abuse. Behind an abuser is often a background of abuse."

An inter-agency meeting took place on Monday to ?ensure "all areas of help were covered." But government departments and the island's charities agreed "the gap" was male sexual abuse.

Ms Shiell said: "People are asking a lot of ?questions about where to go for help but they are going round in circles.

Busier

"There is nowhere to go for help for men who have been sexually abused. It's a real shame as there is a need out there.

"We will help these men and offer them counselling as there is no other form of support out there. This has just fallen on us."

Friends and family of male sex abuse victims have called the Physical Abuse Centre asking, 'How do we deal with this?' and 'Who do we go to?'

Ms Shiell would like to see a charity set up specifically to work with men who have been sexually abused.

She added: "The most ?important issue is how do we move forward? We have to have to have more in place for these victims."

The Physical Abuse ?Centre says abuse happens in all areas of ?society, regardless of race or ?status.

They are seeing more men and non-Bermudian women than ever before, with a "steady increase" in clients since Cup Match.

Ms Shiell said: "Our numbers are getting higher, we are getting busier. Our goal is to put ?ourselves out of business.

"We don't want to have to do another 30 years, we want abuse eradicated in ?Bermuda."

Asked about the reports of men being raped, police spokesman Dwayne Caines said: "The police treat ?reports of male sexual abuse in exactly the same way as female sexual abuse.

"We treat all matters of sexual assault seriously.

"We'd encourage anyone who knows anything about any sexual abuse to contact the Bermuda ?Police Service with any information."

Apart from America’s next top model and some random shows I come across now and than, I very rarely watch television. Also the last few ANTM seasons haven’t been very entertaining, but surprisingly I caught the first hour show which I have never caught in the previous 12 seasons. I always seemed to catch the 3 episode of each season. Calvino Inman had just stepped out of the shower one evening in May when a glimpse of his reflection in the mirror caused him to panic. “I looked up and saw myself, and I thought I was going to die,“ says the 15-year-old from Rockwood, Tennessee. His eyes were streaming tears of blood.

Inman’s mother, Tammy Mynatt, says she immediately rushed him to the emergency room, but by the time they arrived, the bleeding had stopped. Doctors couldn’t see what the family was trying to explain. They returned home completely perplexed. When the bloody tears returned a few days later while Inman was on a camping trip, he was rushed back to the hospital.

Mynatt hoped that once doctors finally witnessed the phenomenon, there would be answers. But that wasn’t the case. “The people at the hospital said they had never seen anything like it,“ Mynatt recalls. She says her son underwent an MRI, a CT scan and an ultrasound, but none of the tests had abnormal results. “‘We don’t know how to stop it,‘“ Mynatt remembers being told by doctors. “It just has to run its course.“

Dr. Barrett G. Haik, director of the University of Tennessee’s Hamilton Eye Institute, says there is an answer, sort of. He says “crying blood,“ a condition called haemolacria, is common in people who have experienced extreme trauma or who have recently had a serious head injury. But a case such as Inman’s is still a medical mystery. “What’s really rare is to have a child like this,“ Haik says. “Only once every several years do you see someone with no obvious cause.“

Haik and a team of researchers published a 2004 study in the Journal of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery looking specifically at children who developed unexplained, spontaneous episodes of bloody tears between February 1992 and January 2003. Only four cases were recorded.

Because of the rarity of the condition, experts anticipate Inman will have multiple tests from a variety of specialists, including hematologists (blood specialists), ophthalmologists (eye specialists) and otolaryngologists (ear, nose and throat specialists).

Dr. James C. Flemming, also an ophthalmologist at the Hamilton Eye Institute, has been in touch with Mynatt and her son. He is reviewing Inman’s medical records for possible treatment.

Flemming says complications to look for include blood clots, a growth or tumor near the eye, or even a simple infection. He also says the culprit could be something so tiny that none of the standard tests would pick it up. “It’s a very hard thing to estimate,“ Flemming says. “You may have to watch expectedly for other symptoms to show up.“

Inman’s analysis would also include a psychological evaluation to rule out the possibility that the bloody tears were faked. “When you can’t find an origin, you can’t eliminate any of the possibilities” Haik explains. He says there have been cases where children seeking attention have found creative ways to simulate haemolacriatic symptoms.

Still, Mynatt and her son are relieved to at least have more guidance. In an interview with CNN affiliate WATE, Mynatt was near tears herself explaining her frustration: “I just truly want somebody to say they’ve seen this and they can help us.“

And that’s at least one reassurance Flemming and his team of experts at the Hamilton Eye Institute can offer. “We get more positive talk now than negative. It really feels like there’s hope,“ Mynatt says, relieved.

But still, the possibility remains that after endless tests, the underlying cause may never be found. In all four cases Haik examined previously, the bleeding stopped on its own.

“As physicians, that’s disconcerting, because we like to have the answers,“ Haik admits. Moreover, he says he knows from previous experience that the toll of not knowing is much worse for patients. “I could always see the fear in their faces because no matter what we studied, we couldn’t find an answer.“

Gender Test For Track Star!!

BERLIN (AP)—Facing questions about her gender, South African teenager Caster Semenya easily won the 800-meter gold medal Wednesday at the world championships.

Her dominating run came on the same day track and field’s ruling body said she was undergoing a gender test because of concerns she does not meet requirements to compete as a woman.

Semenya took the lead at the halfway mark and opened a commanding lead in the last 400 meters to win by a massive 2.45 seconds in a world-leading 1 minute, 55.45 seconds. Defending champion Janeth Jepkosgei was second and Jennifer Meadows of Britain was third in 1:57.93.

After crossing the line, Semenya dusted her shoulders with her hands. Semenya did not speak to reporters after the race or attend a news conference.

About three weeks ago, the international federation asked South African track and field authorities to conduct the verification test. Semenya had burst onto the scene by posting a world-leading time of 1:56.72 at the African junior championships in Maruitius.

Her dramatic improvement in times, muscular build and deep voice sparked speculation about her gender. Ideally, any dispute surrounding an athlete is dealt with before a major competition. But Semenya’s stunning rise from unknown teenage runner to the favorite in the 800 happened almost overnight. That meant the gender test—which takes several weeks—could not be completed in time.

Before the race, IAAF spokesman Nick Davies stressed this is a “medical issue, not an issue of cheating.” He said the “extremely complex” testing has begun. The process requires a physical medical evaluation and includes reports from a gynecologist, endocrinologist, psychologist, internal medicine specialist and gender expert.

South Africa team manager Phiwe Mlangeni-Tsholetsane would not confirm or deny that Semenya was having such a test.

“We entered Caster as a woman and we want to keep it that way,” Mlangeni-Tsholetsane said. “Our conscience is clear in terms of Caster. We have no reservations at all about that.”

Although medals will be awarded for the 800, the race remains under a cloud until the investigation is closed, and Semenya could be stripped of the gold depending on the test results, IAAF general secretary Pierre Weiss said.

“But today there is no proof and the benefit of doubt must always be in favor of the athlete,” Weiss said.

Semenya’s rivals said they tried not to dwell on the issue before the race.

“I’ve heard a lot of speculation, but all I could do was just keep a level head and go about my business,” Meadows said. “If none of it’s true, I feel very sorry for her.”

One thing not in doubt was Semenya’s outstanding run.

“Nobody else in the world can do that sort of time at the moment,” Meadows said. “She obviously took the race by storm.”

Bone less (Chicken preferably thigh) 1lb cut 1x2 inches
Minced garlic 1 tbp
Soy sc 1/4 cup
Ground Corriander seeds 1 tsp
Sugar 2tbsp
1 oz Jack daniels

Methods:
Marinate chicken with the rest of ingredients for 5 minutes
Heat pan add marinated chicken, save marinade, leave it until bottom side is brown
Turn all chicken over and add saved marinade
Cook until marinade is reduced down and coats chicken
Serve with jasmine rice, rice sticks or steamed noodle.

No Bake CheeseCake

1 1/2 Cups Sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (16-20 oz.) Cool Whip

Prepare large springform pan with crumbs as directed in video. Set aside.

Kyss Rates Seven Pounds

So for the longest while I've been hearing about this movie "Seven Pounds" how great it was... So it’s now out on DVD and I finally watched it...... OH MY GOD!! One of the best suspense, love stories I’ve seen in a long time!!! I could relate so much to the characters in the story. This movie hit home in so many way especially with my recent hospital visit in January. The acting was superb! The plot was excellently executed, the editing amazing, the camera angles were sometimes so beautiful it was like flipping through the pages of a magazine, the back ground music amazing and very emotional. This was Will Smith at his best! If you believe "Pursuit Of Happiness" was a great movie wait until u see "Seven Pounds". With this all said I give this movie 4 1/2 Kysses out of 5 Kysses. It would of been five but it left me wondering the outcome of the peoples lives after, if it would of had a alternative ending with the famous text that shows up at the end to tell us how they continued to live, such as "Emily became a Olympic runner after given birth to Ben Thomas Jr" I would of been fully satisfied, but all and all this movie is a must see, I suggest getting your Kleenex ready though, also don’t rent it, cause after watching it you would want to own this movie. Yup it’s that good.

#1. The first one came from the most unlikely source (September 2009). After a long and stressful day of work and a very long day of blackberry message arguing I was walking to my motor cycle to continue my journey home. As I made my way to my bike I was approached by a man who was obviously homeless, already not in the mood I stopped and said "HI!" and braced my self for the question most homeless ppl follow up with after their pleasant greetings "Got any changed??"...... But Nope! Not today, to my surprise the man stood at a very respectful distance and said to me "I Love you"....I quickly looked over both shoulders not to assume he was talking to me and saw no one else. So I replied are u talking to me? He replied "Yes! I Love you" this time with more expression...Holding back my arms from hugging this man I had never seen before I said THANK YOU!!! and he said your welcome and walked away. I haven’t seen the man since.

#2. Last week from this date. A close friend out of know where blackberry messages me. the message read " Kyss your half man & Half Amazing". this was one of them days I was floating on cloud nine the sun was out I just got a haircut I was feeling great and just having a great day. So I said oh thanks! and asked were did that come from? They replied you crossed my mind and that’s what I thought of at the time. So of course I said thank you (My Mother raised me right). Then two days had passed and I wasn’t having such a great day but them words "Your half man & half Amazing" replayed in my mind , honestly I couldn’t remember what made me so upset this day but I sent the person a message that day fully acknowledging them words from a few days ago cause it helped my gray day brighten up... Thanks HMDG

#3. For the pass 3 weeks - a month my mother has had her first Blackberry. So she added me to her blackberry messenger list. Being a parent most of them aren’t to hip with the new technology , slang or text messaging short hand. So apparently my mother and her boyfriend bb message all day talking trash and whatever else, But each day she would send me a message "LOL-mom", Tuesday "LOL-mom", Wednesday "LOL-mom" Thursday "LOL-mom", and I would never reply to them, so one day I asked her what is so funny? she replies how did I know she was laughing?? I said cause you keep sending me "LOL" she says oh something her boy friend and her was talking about, and she keeps sending me LOL-mom cause that’s how she feels, A little confused with her answer I just said okay! And let it go. So a few days later she comes home after work and says to me L.O.L... huh!? So I say yet again what is so funny? she said im not laughing I said L.O.L means Laughing Out Loud... She LOL and LOL for a few minutes and turns to me and says did you know what I thought it meant, She says I thought it meant "Lots Of Love" I L.M.A.O-ed (lmao) but thought back on the weeks leading up to this how she would text me L.O.L faithfully each day. L.O.L is now used by the ppl in my house as Lots Of Love. LMAO is another joke but I’ll let you use your own minds to figure out what my mother thought that meant...

Happy Feet Moves

For Some strange reason I attract either the most bazaar questioning, invitations or people. Case and point today I got into this conversation with my new co-workers where of course led to their sex lives (Me in a corner trying not to make any sudden moves or speak of mine), but some how it went from them confessing their sexual adventures to, "You look like someone that has tried...." It never seems to amaze me much anymore when I meet new people and they share their first thoughts of me or ask me would you like to, teach me, join, or have you tried... NORMALLY, I would laugh but its one of the goals I have in the works for this year and the beginning of 2010 to change any sexual misconceptions. Out of all my goals I think this one is going to be the most problematical and I just might have to accept the fact that I have a very adventurous sexual aura, I wanted that gentlemen in public and freak in the bedroom persona, but it seems as if I’m Mumble from the movie “Happy Feet” and as long as I don’t move you wouldn’t be able to see my alter ego (Happy Feet moves) Or so I thought. Now don’t get me wrong I love the fact that I attract open minded people, but even with me in the whole shirt and tie my ego seems to over power all. So help me! Give me some ideas of things I can do to minimize this issue and help achieve me goal.
